I'd take my computer, external hard drive, phone, headphones, & other audio equipment & I'd shove them in my army bag. Then I'd take my clothing rack and chuck it out the window. I already have all of my clothes on it so it will be easy to save them. Afterward, if I can, I'd grab my 88key piano and run out of the home as fast as I can. And if my family is still in there... 👄 That's life

I'd save my house first. :P

Assuming "first" means what I could carry out in one trip, I'd take my laptop, backpack with important stuff in it (mostly emergency related stuff), my Xbox One, and my small lock box that has important stuff in it.

Pets. I have to let the dogs outside. I have to drag my cat outside. I have to get pitchers and get my fish out. The snails can die though, I don't care about them.

Pets kids Neighbors making sure they're out of their houses. horses either cut free to run or if there's time load them up and get him out of there vehicles but the first thing I would save is the 10 gallons of fire retardant that I have because I would be spraying it all over my house and roof

If someone is over at my house, them. Then my cat. The rest is covered by insurance. Let it burn. It’s not worth my life. The few things that are important are in a fire and water resistant safe.

The wall to my garage is fire resistant. If there’s no danger of smoke inhalation. I might pull my cars out.

The ammo. When that stuff starts cooking off you got a much bigger problem than a burning house.
Then the laptop. That has critical finance info on it.
Then keys and wallet.
Insurance will replace the rest.
