I need to gain more followers to position myself on the page and have more viewers but users do not stay long in my shows, what do I do to capture more user attention?

You might just have to interact with people more to keep them invested. Make them feel connected to you & they'll stick around. Even just saying hi to people in chat would probably help if you don't already.
