Moved in a new apartment recently and the group of guys and girls next door want to party with me already. They have been persuading me to join them party. I already went to have coffee with them but i can't make up my mind about partying with them as they are party animals and wild and i am a bit reserved.

I'm going to be a little on the pushy side. Tell them you'd like to try their party, but if ìt geys too wild, you might back out. Do NOT let them make or push drinks on you. Have one or two, be polite, but no more.

I mean, how do you KNOW their parties are THAT wild?
Wild parties can sometimes be fun. Ask questions about what goes on, if you are worried. I mean, you are considering it it seems, since you are looking for opinions

If it was me I think I would like to get to know them first. You are in a new apartment, as you said you are a bit reserved, so it’s going to take time to adjust and get to know everyone. Once you feel comfortable with them you could try one of their parties, and if you don’t like it you can always leave. Then they can’t say you haven’t tried it. Hope it works out for you.

Tell them frankly that you want some lone time and are not comfortable with loud music et cetra et cetra... and want some solace... Better option tell them that you are writing a book about them and start interviewing them.. After a couple of questions them will wander off

I’m not a big party fan myself but I think this is whatever you wanna do you could always go and then leave right away if your not comfortable I know that’s what I used to do

they wnt feel bad that u didn't show up, and they will be too wasted to ask where u were the following day or if they do, u have a million answers
