I hope y'all are having a better morning than me! Apparently a water main burst and flooded my building and the surrounding area. I catch public transportation to work and didn't find out until I was 5 minutes away. I had to get off the bus and walk back about 10 blocks because since the streets were either flooded or blocked off, the bus had to detour. Finally got on the one bus just to get to my next bus stop and see my connecting bus riding by. So it took me over an hour to get back home. Is it too early for wine?

Not bad. Nearly died doing fitness bootcamp this morning: so. much. running.

Otherwise I'm okay right now! Wearing my new body spray and lotion (gingham love) so feeling and smelling cute. Work is calm at the moment, and no one's bothering me... yet.

Now ask me this question again in a few hours after I'm done dealing with these doctors, patients, and technology illiterate coworkers of mine...

Lol when we work from home, we can't pick our own breaks and we have scheduled bathroom breaks. I can't force myself to pee. But yea working at the office in a cubicle is just as bad especially since i need to pee but dont use anyone elses bathroom outside of home

Get some air, take a walk. I'm facing some really difficult shit myself, right now, but I believe that letting it take control of me will definitely make it harder to deal with. I keep thinking of Hamlet, 'take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them.' It's that or hit the wall, and I'm really not into hitting the wall. I'm not even sure that I'll win but I know that I'll have lost already if I just give up.

I can't tell what you've tried before to make things better but just because they didn't get you the relief you need is still not enough reason to stop trying. Talk to someone. There's no shame in asking for help when you're stuck. We are not machines and we don't come equipped with all the answers we need, and, believe me, most of the people in the world are not feeling great every day. We are mostly all just trying to get from one day to the next.
Please try to talk to someone who can help you, or listen to you, at least, so that you find the words, for your own sake, to get a grip on what's happening in your life.
