Just look up the model online for it's schematics and strip it down.

You might have to disassemble it , turn it upside down and bang it on a piece of wood while trying to cock it back

Do I hit the slider? The slider is the one that won't slide back so I can load the damn gun

Yeah try tapping it while upside down but pointed away from you. If you can’t unjam it then you may need to take it apart
