What type of loneliness?
Loneliness in terms of romantic relationships?
- I just continue to remind myself how misandristic American society is and how nothing is being done about it. I never really realized it until 2018, when I was falsely accused in college by a girl with a panic disorder who I really wanted to get to know and see where things would go with in the correct way and instead was charged with an ex parte PPO (Done with respect to or in the interest of one side only) where she claimed I had stalked her both online and in person and that I made her fear for her life. And I wasn't even able to sue her or press charges on her or anything. Even my lawyer said not to probably because she knew I had no chance in hell if winning against a woman in a he said she said confrontation. I was lucky to have gotten to the best lawyer in the area before she did. Yes, she had tried to hire my lawyer after said lawyer was already working for me. Anyway, keeping that in mind, I prefer loneliness as opposed to dry heaving every morning before going to class in fear of the possibility I'd be arrested on our tiny campus if she happens to walk by while I'm on my way to class even if I didn't engage her in any way or even try to avoid her because the PPO said I couldn't even be in viable distance of her. And I've heard the whole "that's just one girl, they're not all like that" BS. All of my ex girlfriend's in the past before the false accusation occurred had cheated on me. And you wanna tell me they're not all the same? You gonna follow up with something along the lines of "You're just dating the wrong kinds of girls." In that case, they're all considered the wrong kind of girl and brings us back to the original question. How do you cope with loneliness? Well, now you know how. 🤷🏻♂️
In terms of lonliness involving friends and family?
- I always felt smothered by my family and living alone in my own apartment where I don't have to see them 24/7, its actually really nice to be able to breathe and do my own thing and see family only on occasion. Like to go out to dinner or something. Because I know I have a place to go when we don't get along.
- In terms of not having any friends and feeling lonely, in high school I kinda had to learn how not to have friends or at least good friends. I had this one "friend" who would make plans with me to come hang out at his mom's apartment where she had this rule where I guess he could only have one friend over at a time (even though he once had me and one other guy over once but I digress) I would be on my way over and he'd text me saying "sorry you can't come over I've decided to hang out with someone else today." So I'd just confine myself to my bedroom on my laptop and dissapear into youtube videos. 🤷🏻♂️ Now these days as an adult I have a real best friend and a few other friends who actually want me around... I'm not used to it and sometimes just want to be alone. I actually want loneliness! 😂 Hah... I guess I became so used to it.

Just keep yourself busy. Find different things to do. Or if you do not have any, start to watch any favorite show.
By choosing not to feel lonely, it's a pointless feeling that I don't need.. if I wanted friends and company I would get some, but since I have no desire for friends or company, it would be stupid to feel lonely
I just remember what I went through in the past, and it's better to be lonely.
