Well, about your boyfriend, if he is a shitty boyfriend, break up with him, there's no point in a relationship like this. About your family, if they are somehow toxic feel free to get away from them to, isn't cause they are biologically family that you has to take everything from them. About your job, think in it like a way to get the carreer you want, something like: "Ok, I dont like this that much but with this I can try to improve skills to try to the carreer I want". It helps a lot. About driving license, its ok to not have one, you can work in this when you feel confortable to or, if its some budget insses, you can wait until it gets better. Ok, you need to be a little more self reliant. 5 steps:

1. Make getting your DL top priority.
2. Cut out social media and cut down on family calls.
3. Make a list of things you are currently happy about (no matter how small) and review those at least once a day while in a neutral or happy state (not when you're angry).
4. Make a list or collage of the things you would like to accomplish and review them at least once a day. Really envision yourself with those accomplishments!
5. Decide on a goal and the steps needed to get to that goal. Then make goals for each of those steps.
