I'm Depressed about being 32?

Anyone have any tips to help with depression about getting older?

Gerascophobia is a fear of growing or aging & it is possible you might have a slight case of Gerascophobia & that is fueling your depression. As for me I look at aging differently & like wine I get better with age. In addition I’m not getting older the rest of the world is getting younger.

Volunteer on the weekends at some nursing homes locally. Talk to the residents and be thankful you are still under 70.
