Hard to tell anymore, honestly. With all the migration people from Italy can blend in in Japan and after a few generations no one would know what to think. But, her roots are showing brown hair so one needs to ignore hair altogether, as blonde is typical for Scandinavians. The hat is just an accessory but suggests Texas or south of it. She looks Spanish enough to be latin American, I suppose. But she also looks like she could be French, German, Russian, anything, really..
