How's your day going?

I woke up really tired, went to my job. Couldn't think of much of anything so I blasted music the whole way here. Tried to hold a conversation today but it didn't really go anywhere.

Every day I feel more and more empty inside and like I don't know how to function as a normal person. I feel like I have no value and no matter how small of a step I take to fix it, it feels like I'm fighting my whole body. I don't know how to keep going.
