Ha. You struck a story. In a moment of boredom.
Yes, kinda of. It’s a perfect kidney shaped, in-ground spa, big enough to swim across. Seat runs around circumference, so my bigger dogs could swim laps just touching the seat.
Be reminded by my golden when forgetting to close the gate by a huge splashing sound. Loved it.
Now it’s had lots of wide holes put in the bottom, 8 inches of gravel and half filled in with dirt.
One of our trees roots snapped the natural gas line (no idea why the previous owners planted three trees over a gas line, we had no idea it ran there) have to take the trees out to fix it… $$ so now we have to fill it. Emptying rain water is a huge pain.

We were actually thinking of building a swimming pool but then my mom bargained to my dad, "Yeah now spoil your daughters more so that they catch a cold from pool every week before the test day and fail the exams!" and yes I do catch a cold easily so yeah that was the reason. However when me and my sister are in college then we are planning to get a Jacuzzi because that time we will be in hostel and won't be affected by it. Nonetheless we have a big garden and I love it more!

other half is there in left side and the garden have badminton ground as it is visible. I guess it is more better than swimming pool as I can go there everyday.

I wish we had the backyard size for an underground pool but unfortunately it had to be above ground. It's still a relatively decent size though
