I believe male suicide would skyrocket. And that the world would turn into an even more dangerous place. And that there would of course be many guys sleeping with other guys. Even if they aren't very attracted to those guys. So effeminate guys would become highly valuable. But we'd ultimately die out due to not being able to reproduce.

Trouble. While it's theoretically possible to solve the reproductive problems it would cause even with current technology, and would certainly be with some heavy refinements (which we'd do if the species was on the line, make no mistake), we need one another for more than just reproduction. A society of nothing but men would probably last a bit longer than one of nothing but women, and would like be a somewhat less unpleasant place, but neither would do well in the long term. One side's no good without the other.
