One generation. Because with no men they couldn't reproduce.
I think there's enough butch lesbians and whatnot for physical labor. And besides most laborious jobs use modern technology anyhow (no one is laying down the railroad anymore if you know what I mean). I will say that women biologically are not built for physical labor as much as men are though. So they would probably go through more women to achieve the same goal.
Think about it. Take away guys and women have no reason to be feminine anymore. In other words they have no reason NOT to get their hands dirty anymore. They have no reason to get their nails done etc. I think you'd be surprised what a woman can do when she doesn't have to be relegated to being just a woman anymore.

Without constant attention and validation, modern women will begin to decline mentally in a matter of days. No Twitter, Instagram, Tinder etc, self harm will ensue. As silly as it sounds, a good chunk of society will be unable to function from men no longer maintaining Twitter. They would live long enough to see old age, but I will assume that if all the men disappeared then life expectancy would drop.

Unless the sperm banks survived then they could still keep going for a few hundred years using invertor to keep the race going and maybe produce more men that way and repopulate the planet. But then you would have female dominated society and they would probably use the few men that there were as sperm donors.

Then of course if all the men disappeared, there would be all types of DNA left around, the women could clone more men and breed that way to.

But like they always say life will always find a way and I think women would figure it out and the human race would go on.

My first thought was about 80 years, about the avarage lifespan of the females born this day, as without men there wouldn't be any new babies and the (female) human race would end by simply growing old and dying.

But with frozen sperm there would be much more babies being born even without men, and maybe even beyond this point by cloning or other type of fertilization.
