How is Tennessee?

For the people who have seen Tennessee or even own land or a business in Tennessee, how is life in Tennessee? Cause I can say, you live miserable in Florida, land is impossible to afford from a normal salary, everything is just expensive as shit now and society here is just extremely selfish, at least in the city, I'm planning on at some point moving to Tennessee and possibly buying land and who knows what other opportunities can open up, I've been looking around and everything is cheaper, they have tons of land and houses are just cheaper and there's snow 😀

Tennessee gets less than two inches of snow on average. I don't mean at once. I mean total annually.

It's not like I want snow every day either, I come from a pennensyla that's always hot, I wouldn't be able to stand such cold anyways, it will be a stay at home day for me lol

I was just saying if that was a draw for you don't expect for it to be usable snow. Land has been going up in price because they are having a surge of people moving there

Can't be more expensive than here, it can go up to over 100k for 1 acre of land here
