It is a medium size spider but is zoom in so it looks bigger Im picture. It created a web right outside my window

Kind of hard to tell from that angel but based on the web, markings (that we can see), and location it might be a Steatoda nobilis or False Widow. It isn't deadly, but isn't pleasant if you do get bit.

don't think it'll kill ya, but the bite wouldn't tickle. Time to get some house defense spider spray and spray around the outside and inside of all your windows/doors

Most likely is an American orb weaver. Not dangerous.
