Didn't the light of a place 92 billion light years reach us in 13.7 billion years because of the universe expending?

This means the light of a galaxy 1 billion light year now reached us in much shorter than 1 billion years. The light isn't that old.

Considering universe is expending, when the next light comes, the distances will be higher than itself.
