I sleep around 3:30 am averagely and wake up at 6 - 6:30 am.

Yes slight dark circles but I take naps too.

I know 3. people who suffer from sleep paralysis and one from night terrors. I'll wake myself up crying. But rarely. I do dream vividly. Violent dreams are better than sad dreams

I get to bed around 12 and It could take a hour for me to knock out and j wake up between 6 and 8
