The question you should be asking yourself is: why are you giving ANY weight or importance to social media at all? And of all of the social media companies, who are all bad, Facebook is easily the worst of the bunch - and that includes all of the FB/Meta properties, such as InstaGram, WhatsApp, and others.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and cut that crap out of your life. You'll be SO much better off if you do. Spend time with real people IN PERSON.
