Granted it melts in a day or two, because its April. But at same time, we still have snow.
Southern part of my state has no snow on ground and they only been getting rain.

We got it 4 or 5 days ago and I just heard we're due for a blizzard very soon. According to the weather I check on the phone every day, it says there's a CHANCE of snow in about 4 days but, it's supposed to be in the upper 60's the next few days after that!!
Spring started 2.5 weeks ago! Could hardly prove it by me!!
As a Wisconsin guy myself, can confirm. We have two seasons. Winter and construction.
And you can add cheese beer and bratwurst
My family are located in upstate Ny.
It's not out of the ordinary to snow in April there.
Over here in south korea? No snow sadly. Winter here sucked.
Hahahaha I almost asked this question in the beginning of the week when we got snow, so yeah been getting snow in April

I remember years ago I was in Waukesha?, WI around the middle of May and woke up to over six inches of snow. It was the first time I had ever seen snow! I loved it but my wife was crying because we had to get to the airport that afternoon. She didn't think we'd make it. Luckily, like the poster said, by around noon it was pretty much melted.
Sweden here... It was snowing pretty much the whole day and we are used to it and usually midsummer rain storms 🤣
Yes and more next week. Thankfully though, its not more than an inch or two, and it melts fast. But I am so done with winter. It could be worse though, those folks in the south have been terrorized by tornadoes.
Just some wintry mix in the past few hours. Winter, just won't let go. 🙃
Not heavy snow like that but there were a few flakes a couple of days ago. The kind that melt as soon as they touch the ground. We had some tiny hail yesterday.
60 and 70 degree weather... GET HERE ALREADY!!!
I looked it up. Never in April.
In fact, last snowfall was on 7th January 1955
Where is that at, I can't read the language
It's the far north of Thailand :D
We had some hail last night for a few minutes. It's possible to get snow in May even June but that's pretty rare. Usually it just pisses down with rain.
It gets below freezing most nights, but the sun is melting it pretty fast. We’re on track for an early spring. Which is good because we had snow on the ground in September and I’m pretty much over winter.
Yes it snowed here Tuesday & Wednesday. Most of it is melting. Aside from that we still have enough snow here to take the snowmobile out for a blast.
Yup, it does snow from time to time. BUT, it's usually "hot enough" so that... well, I can see snow falling to the ground, BUT, melt the moment it hits the ground.
Of course it's England. Been sunny recently but that don't say much since it can be sunny one day snowy the next.
Haha yeah in Chicago it was raining and snowing yesterday and today it might snow again.
cold weather anymore in April... phhht... it sure has been cold here...
Do you live in the northern part of the USA to
Nah... its just suppose to be hot now and it is not
We still in the 20s and 30s
it's a mystery
Yes, but fortunately not much. Southwestern Manitoba got maybe 3/4" Wednesday night. Most of our snow is gone, a nice slow melt mostly hanging just above freezing. Ready for warmer temperatures though.
Now they are calling for 20 to 30 inches midweek. Great
we never even get snow where i live lol, it doesn't even get cold...
It was 85F+ a day ago and Monday it will be down to 40F and rain!
Yup live in the UP (Michigan) we’ve had snow last few days
You know just what we're getting
Yes I do I think we’re getting the storm you have now tonight and tomorrow
Unfortunately yes. Must be that global warming er, I mean climate change that's been speculated upon..
Actually snow in April is common in Northern Wisconsin
Actually I was talking about where I live, which is what you asked!
It been very cold this year too, hopeful this isn't the beginning of a Cold snap. Such as was common during the last interglacial.
Not yet but Oklahoma weather is so bipolar it wouldn't surprise me.
Yeah, must be a result of this global warming thing that some folks talk about.
No, we get snow in April, I even seen it snow May here
I can't remember ever getting snow in April where I'm from. Usually only between December to February at the latest.
Not this year, fortunately. A few years it did. This year (so far) it snowed the 31st of March and didn't last more than that one day.
what snow? it's been 40 degree in my place since forever : (
Yup. It snows some times but all of it melt within hours so it's not like winter really.
The snow has only just melted away as of yesterday, here in Central NY.
A little living in a counrty area, we can get quite a lot..
We are here in Louisville/Indiana area. Which is late for us
You will be late planting this year
Normally end of April early May we can start field work.
It sucks I woke up to snow on Wednesday and only a week ago it was really sunny and hot 🔥
It hasn't snowed recently but we have been getting some snow in the spring
We had snow on 1 April (the day I was sick and didn't go to work). This was Wrocław, Poland.
For a split second when I read “Wisconsin” I thought Wyoming LOL.
I been drinking a bit tonight
Not really. It snows in April, but the snow doesn’t really stick to the ground.
Hoping for just a couple more colder days and that it for here
We have gotten in April before, but I don't think we will this year
North of me they're expecting a foot of snow tonight!
I've only seen snow in pictures & tv.
I would like to experience it one day.
None here in central NC. The mountains, however, got some snow this past Friday night.
I live in Ohio and it was just snowing but definitely one of the last snow falls
It’s mid 90’s….. i hate heat.
Trade you, I love heat and high humidity
Done.
That is another thing about WI. Cold in the winter and hot and humid in the summer. When I was a resident lawyer for a California construction company, they asked me if there would be any problems hiring northern contractors for state jobs. When I asked why you want them, he said they can work in all types of weather. Which means fewer delays, less lost time, even insurance cost less! Unfortunately, the state said no.
@Slingblade1126 The inconvenience of change. Even for the better.
@exitseven 🤣 yeah that’ll just be another inconvenience for me… 😏😁
Nope! Almost 90° here on Friday
Nope. But we get snow in March.
Yes!! And lots of rain.
I don't get snow on any day of the year lol
Actually I live in the desert now so no lol
