    I never rest long enough to recover because there is always something that requires my work - like I kept getting ideas for my books on my rest days and than I would cancel my sabbath to jot it down so I would not forget - I could never stop thinking or writing new ideas long enough to recover my body and mind.

    At this point I’m good. I shook most of my teen OCD annoyances, they only surface when I’m tired or distracted, learned to ignore them. I shouldn’t be drinking tea, but the universe usually goes for your last remaining vice when you most need it. She can jump.

    Procrastination/delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute, or past their deadline. It's not a healthy habit, as it can be quite a big obstacle to our productivity and effectiveness in our lives and cause anxiety. I've noticed that the Internet and spending a lot of time at home due to the pandemic tends to make this habit worse
