What’s your favourite way to be hugged by someone?

Many years ago I used to work at a pizza place - a busy one - and during the week there were usually 3 or 4 girls working the front, and 5 or 6 on Friday and Saturday nights. They used to hug me hello and goodbye every day. Over time, some girls left and some new ones started, and the new ones were all petite girls for some reason, and so I could easily put my chin on the top of their heads. One of the girls was particularly young and feisty, and wanted a "normal" hug (her words), so she started jumping into my arms so that our heads were even. Within a week, all of the petite girls were doing this, and then even other girls started doing it.

Fast forward a few years - I'd moved on to corporate IT work, but I brought a couple of my friends to the old pizza place for dinner. I hadn't been in the store for at least a year at that point, as I'd normally had pizzas delivered. My friends and I came through the door, and two of the girls working were still there from before, and both ran and jumped up on me for a hug. My friends were incredulous, so I explained that it was an old tradition from when I worked there. 45 minutes later, we were in the dining room talking and I heard a squeal from the front counter, and the original feisty petite girl is literally running towards me and leaps into my arms, and stayed there for at least a full minute. She hadn't worked there for years, but happened to show up to get pizza, and one of the other girls told her I was there.

My friends wouldn't shut up about it for a couple of weeks - it was hilarious. Keep in mind that I never dated, had sex, or even kissed any of these girls, but suddenly my friends are asking me how to get girls, etc., even though I didn't "get" any of those girls.

Anyway, I will have to say the "flying leap hug" officially became my favorite hugging style since that day. You have to admit that it has some flair... Hahaha.
