What makes you feel good?

Skateboarding, drawing, music, matching clothes n shoes, girls, the sun, drugsahol, dogs riding skateboards, not most of work, sum times not people. Sometimes people and work. There being a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Memories of people who r gone. Nutrients. Tanning. Red Light Therapy. The gym. Shooting three pointers. My bed. Red bull. The strongest coffee at Starbucks if u know what it is. Helping people, even if they do suck. Sharks with lazer beams attached to their forheads. The movie True Romance, and Great Expectations (Ethan hawk one), Even jelly beans. Hot water. Heat. Air. Buying food for the homeless on the streets of downtown mother effin Pittsburgh. Watchin my little cuzzin who has cerebral paulsy busy her tukus untill she was strong enough to swim on her own. The little things in life r wats most important.
Working hard on project and completing it.
The best joy I get is when I go to test it out and it works perfectly.

Watching anime/movies, playing video games and watching the Chargers win.
Getting outside and running for miles, running for hours. It always feels great to me... then getting home and having sex a few hours later
Having a brutal HIIT workout where I just leave a little puddle of sweat on the floor.
Right its amazing how powerful a workout like this is. It allows me to manage my anxiety without the use of medications.
@virtue2332 yes, it is probably how I did not end up in a church steeple with a hunting rifle.
Right I'm a Veteran PTSD anxiety was on a whole lot of meds and nothing but time on my hands. Im fortunate to have been able to ditch the meds that I feel we're making me worse. If I didn't find the outlets like HIIT and volunteering with a Veterans group I could of easily been a statistic. I'm not recommending someone stop thier medications and go straight to work out but if you work with your medical team you might be surprised what your body and its built in pharmacy are capable of. Nothing like getting to that point in a challenging Hiit work out where you feel like your done and your body gives you that boost that pushes you through the end.
Completing projects, my kids saying they love me, and intimacy/connection
