Always consult with a Dr on your findings. However, if it was me I would do lots of research using books in the library, regarding the condition to learn more. Knowledge is power my friend :)

Generally speaking though, healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts etc are amazing healers for the body (check for allergies) So if your family eat a lot of processed or junk food. It might be worth finding an informative Netflix documentary, to show them the benefits of healthy eating :)

There are some AMAZING ones on there. But like I said always check with your GP :) I see one documentary on there which literally changed my whole way of seeing food :)

Yeah, the internet is a good place to start, however I have noticed that some of the information on the net can sometimes be incorrect. Purely because anyone can start a blog and post anything these days. However to get it published in a book, you need some credentials.
This is why anything you find its a good idea to consult an expert after :)

I'm a health documentary addict, so if you ever want me to recommend a really good one I enjoyed, I will be happy to share my favorites :)

Generally speaking, people definitely underestimate the value and power of a healthy diet though for sure.
