Do you have a personality twin in your life? If so, what do you think it is?

What I mean by personality twin is, someone that is very similar to you; you have so much in common. And do you think it's just a coincidence or something else?

I never managed to find someone quite like that but I overlap a lot in terms of interests with many of my closest friends along with my wife.

One odd thing in my case is that I tend to sort of assimilate the passions and interests of people with whom I interact. I tend to be interested in almost anything as long as the other person is passionate about it.

For example, I once dated a beautician and even though cosmetics is about as antithetical to my intuitive interests as possible, I became interested. I also found an overlap with my interest in visual arts although her schooling placed a lot more focus on facial anatomy than mine.

Yet in absorbing so many different people's interests and perspectives, it's very difficult to find someone with all but a small subset of the same interests I have.

Nope. I've literally never met another person like me before in my entire life and it's extremely doubtful I ever will.
