I prefer nighttime as it's cooler and quieter. No intruders. I can work without getting annoyed. But I like overcast gloomy daytimes as well. Those are cool and people are less likely to annoy others as well.

I love sunshine. I feel happier and brighter on sunny days.
But because London can be so busy I prefer the quoter periods of the evening. Its a beautiful place just filled with far too many people.
