How many cats do you have?

My best friend had 5 cats. All of them were strays, she told me one of the cats had bladder problems and was abandoned by the owner months ago but suddenly the owner wants the cat back. She said the owner was very selfish to suddenly want it back after he abandoned it for months. She didn’t care and took it in, that’s how she had 5 lovely cats.

I have two... three years ago, little Luna showed up at my place as a kitten in distress and then she just took over my house, lol... and there's also one big kitten son of hers that also decided to stay with me, instead of getting adopted by a family

Cats are very cute. It sucks people abandon them because of certain medical conditions cats faced.

yes, that's quite unfortunate... even for lesser things people would abandon their pets

actually, my original idea was to take care of the kitten for a couple days, then take her to the Vet/Rescue center near my place because I know them and all the great work they do and I know she could get adopted (I was not planning on getting a cat at all)... but as the days went by I noticed that the kitten would not trust anybody, she barely trusted me with food, didn't really wanted to be around others

then I decided that I would not want to risk it for any people adopting her see her as "problematic" or fussy, she really wanted to stay with me, so we did just that... and today she's just a very wonderful and chill cat, not aggressive nor afraid of other people, and she even tolerate other dogs around the house, as long as they only hang out for a while and then leave... lol

Aw I loved cats. I just couldn’t stand it when owners abandoned them only to want them back.

I agree. That's truly awful. I just don't get it how some people can be like that and why they get animals in the first place if they will abandon them. That's how we ended up having 9 cats 😆 My oldest sister and I fed some stray cat and we tamed (if you say it like that, sorry English is not my first language 😅) her with time. One morning we got up and saw kittens 😍 We took care of them and when they were big enough we found good adopters for them.

From what my best friend told me, the cat had very serious bladder issues. It was so bad that the cat peed all over the place, I think that’s why the owner abandoned the cat. Luckily there were people taking pity on the cat and fed it food everyday. My best friend felt pity for the poor cat so she decided to take it in, I hope that owner doesn’t harass my best friend if he finds out his cat was taken in by her.
