Are you morally a good person, Legally a good person?

Cuz I think I'm only legally a good person now. And I think morals hold you back.

Before I would say I felt I should do the societal right thing. But as of late I been doing what's legal

I do have morals, and I follow the law.

I have not broken the law ever.. not even once and I’d prefer to keep it that way.

I do what I feel would be the best for me and my loved ones.. I know that I’m still young and all, but for example, if I had to lie to the cops about a crime one of my family members committed, I wouldn’t do that. I’d tell the truth. Isn’t it a case of being a morally good and legally good person?

Anyone can be legally “good” as long as they don’t get caught.. and anyone can have “good” morals. It’s subjective.
