Yes I am, I spent years going on deployed operations, detachments, always taking a ‘lucky token’ .

i always say bless you to animals I find dead, oh and trees after storms.

i like in an old house that has had two suicides in it (years apart).

Currently having a spell on my own at the house.

Also, I come from an area (Northumberland) that has a deep history of folklore and ‘other folk’. The names we have given them have found their way in to stories by various authors, however I live in the area they inhabit..

the local Celts were like most Celts were Headhunters and would collect heads, these would often end up as offerings in local wells, we have a lot of wells that people still make offerings at (not heads these days… maybe odd tourist).

While I am an engineer and very practical and the old things still are part of the landscape.
Even our local churches are old..

No, I’m not.

But somehow, I still find myself going out of my way to not perform or practice any black arts or magic.

For example, doing the whole blood Mary thing in the mirror or candy man in the mirror.

I don’t believe in this stuff, but if someone tells me to do something like the above then I’ll gladly tell them “nah, I’m good.”

So, what does that make me?

Also the calendars are wrong. They shorten the months up on purpose. Humanity has been alive 6,000 years. No such things are EVIL Friday OF THE 13TH.

I love Friday the 13th. They have a special "Flashlight Tour" at the Winchester Mystery House at night every time there is a Friday the 13th, but I haven't been brave enough to go on it yet... lol

I usually miss this detail, unless someone points it out. To enjoy my sarcasm, I tend to intentionally place or initiate ''bad omens'' :) So Friday, 13th is an ideal anchor for that.
