As long as you treat them for it it won't be an issue. You can get pills that you can just pop in their food and they're good for a month or so

Use dewormer and worms will gone. You can buy one by every veterinary. Young animals who play outside have often worms, with higher age they become less prone to worm infections.

If the household has or had dogs, they can contribute to cats getting worms from the fleas. Just get some meds. My cats had em too for a while.

You need anthelmintics. There's plenty of brands bit it's worth chatting to a vet, sometimes the local worms have a resistance to certain ones.

The vet has medicine to give your cat to get rid of the round worms. I suggest you take it to a vet.

the ideal here is that you take the cat to a Vet, as soon as possible... because they have to evaluate the severity of the condition and the treatment that corresponds as well as other things to care about like dehydration and other possible infections...

do not try to solve this on your own, because it could only make things worse for the both of you
