What 5 crucial (non financial) investments you think every person should invest in?

Fitness! Don't have to be a bodybuilder or fitness model but it's very important to move your body and get used to moving around. If walking around makes you stressed out, then you need to get used to moving harder so that walking is a breeze.
Nutrition! That might be the most long-term thing that affects when most of us die is what we consume every day.
Harmony with your surroundings. If your immediate surroundings make you miserable, that's extremely unhealthy and fills you with stress. Make peace with people you have to see every day. Don't have to make peace with people you don't have to interact with all the time, but try to make peace with those you do.
I just have three right now but I might settle at those three. If I work to five, it somewhat detracts from those three.
Eating chips, candy and drinking soda is very hard to put away. ðŸ˜
I might actually be a little bit blessed (although cursed another way with my love of alcohol) in that I don't have such a strong craving for refined/fast carbs. So soda, candy, and potato chips don't appeal to me much. But I love my beef jerky! I'm skewed towards proteins and fats. They can be about as calorie-dense. Keto isn't necessarily a fat loss recipe for me since I already naturally sort of keto.
Food pleasure has never been something I never found that interesting. But I got a problem with alcohol because it's mind-altering. It really changes the whole way I think and I feel in ways I like too much. Same with sexy women. Women and alcohol -- less so women after I got married. But alcohol -- damn that's hard to give up for me. I can imagine the rest of my life eating wilderness food but not absent alcohol to kill my boredom.
You drink everyday?
Not every single day. Maybe at my worst, once every 3-4 days. But the problem is that when I do, I always go overboard. I'm not one of those people at a dinner party who's like, "I've already had three drinks. I'm good." I'm one of those like, "We're just getting started! Where are you guys going?"
I turn as happy as an innocent little kid when I drink. No responsibilities, no major consequences besides irritating some people. It's my escape from the whole serious world of jobs and bills and things like that. Sometimes people pummel you with things. They even set aside a little day or two or even just an hour or two for your time off like that's supposed to make you feel better. I feel better when I lose my mind. I slam drinks at a bar on a Friday night and that's more of a vacation to me than weeks off. It's kind of my problem.
Do you know that thing? Like in my experience, women and effeminate types do that more than guys. They're like, "Maybe you're a little bit stressed out. Let's set aside some time for you to just relax." And I'm like, "But what about the after part? I'm thinking about what comes after." But when I drink, I'm too intoxicated to think about that. I get more of a vacation in one hour of being drunk than 2 weeks sunbathing at a beach. Because I forgot what comes after.
@highlyvolatile I get what you’re saying because I drink a lot in college too
