I can never fully relax. never could. I have always had a chronic stress disorder.
so, when am too stressed, I fidget with my hands/like tapping, etc. Sometimes, it even gets worse, right... by a 'breakdown'/ or a 'snap'. like in this video...
I first watched this movie, sometime after the movie came out, I felt like I could relate to her in the stress department.
I use these: fidget spinner, unicorn pop, stress balls, and some others. Just wanted to know what fidget things you use, to help you some what.
