WEll, after hearing that guy I had to take a humble pill. I guess I am average. I whistle all the time and don't even know it.
I have a few odd skills whistling and can make some weird sounds.
And yes the Andy Griffith show contributed to much of my desire to whistle.

I could not whistle the Saved My Life I have tried and I've tried and there's even days when I'm working and I say Whistle While You Work I make a little sound that's all I make because I'm laughing so hard for trying

According to my mom, i "whistle like the boy doctors told her she was having." Lol I'm always whistling. Most times unconsciously. She hates it.

I can catch the scale of the song, the tune of the song, and can whistle both breathing in and out. I suppose not many people can do that. In a controlled manner I mean.
