Who do you hate most in the world?

There's one person that I really hate, as he destroyed my life, everything changed and went downhill ever since I met him. There are no words to describe what this person did to me. He ruined my mental health, my self-esteem, made me sad, unhappy and insecure with all his insults and above all deceived me. I don't have anything positive to say about his person, I will never forgive him and can't say anything good

Sad to hear that.
But let me pose this to you.
What if, just specualting here so open your mind and play along. What if all of it was you. Now hold on.
Think about how much control you would gain. We cannot control others BUT we can with great effort, control ourselves.
You could stop thinking about him. Stop grudging, and stop letting him damage you. Not another single thought to him.
Turn your life around and put it back together. The bitterness could once again become sunshine and positive things to give.
And the poison of hate could be urinated out. See his face in the toilet as you pee that toxin away and flush.
Bad things happen. Injustice for sure happens to us all. and that realllllly sucks. But, It does not have to crush EVERYTHING about us. Just that one moment in time.
Too bad he has all the power and you are still his pupet to torment. If only you where in control.

I try not to "hate" anyone who hasn't personally wronged me, as hate is a strong word. With that said though, probably my mother. I have no love for that individual and my feelings towards my "mother" are as cold as ice... on Neptune's moon, Triton. This person tortured and mentally abused me for years, even after adulthood. I wouldn't feel bad for them even if they were murdered. I'd only feel bad that their death was quick and painless.

Wel there this one guy who wouldn't eb a friend to me that's as low as it gets. I can understand not being in a relationship but to not be a friend to someone just because is a whole new level that makes me want revenge.

No one literally. My God advises me to love/like everyone or anything created. If someone is even the worst person in the world , just avoid communicating him. Every human being has a potential to get better maybe the best (too rare to be encountered) in terms of any personality if the corrects steps taken , the correct things are done , the way that see the world is changed or so on may take soo long or less than a minute , not only in my opinion but also the actual things are being thought of or thought about.
