Whats one animal meat that you've always wanted to try?

Always wanted to try whale. The blubber and meat itself looks delicious from what I've seen. Too bad they dont reproduce fast enough lol.

I’ve always wanted to try caviar or beluga meat but I won’t eat it - too expensive and a beluga had to die to make the food.

Whale and/or seal. I’ve eaten most wild meat, that’s about the only thing in North America I haven’t had. Apparently it’s super rich

It's also illegal in most countries unfortunately with the only exceptions of some parts of Japan, Iceland, and Alaska. Wished whales could reproduce faster lol.

Pheasant. I probably WILL get a chance at some point; it's one of the more common game meats. It's just never come up.
