Should I go or not?

So there is this "event". It's a gamer who's not really famous yet and I doubt that there will be a lot of people and he organised a meet-up. I'm really shy and don't participate in the chat or the discord and all. But it's geek and stuff that I love so I'm thinking maybe I should go? But I'm really introverted and don't know what to do. Plus like I've said I can't even watch the lives on time because of personal problems so I watch the replays but sometimes leave comments and it's liked and people reply... But I honestly don't know. Right now my self esteem is growing but it's still delicate so if I go and end up leaving after 10 minutes it will be years of therapy going away... And on the other hand it could be very fun and I could meet people that have the same interest has me. I'm really conflicted right now...

Yess u shuddd.. tip for u so u dont feel awkward.. try to text one person to ask is he or she goin or na, if she or he say yes then u can make friend first w she or he and then talk abit for days, so u r not gonna feel awkward cuz of introvert

I'd love to but I don't really have any friends... I have been in and out of the hospital my whole life so friends and boyfriend,... It's not something I had... My state is still weak

If your honestly not in the state of mind that u will enjoy it and it will end up causing more anxiety and stress I would say no

I'm not sure I'm going to not enjoy it. I wasn't able to go out before and now my family let me. So I don't want to "die" stupid and don't want to see that I have missed out

But what I mean is if u find it hard to speak in the discord you might feel too uncomfortable to talk to people in person

I speak sometimes. But it's difficult from screen to real life. I'm awkward so I don't want to make a fool of myself even though they are in the same wacky state has me

Ah fair enough I would definitely say to go if u feel u could at least talk to some otherwise don't if u feel it may set back the worl u have done for yourself
