I'm having lunch at a restaurant with outwear seating so will be eating outside will it be strange if I wear my sunglasses while eating?

Honestly, do what you want. You do not need a pre-stamp of approval to wear shades outside, nor should you even care too much how people perceive it. It’s your face, your outfit, and your choice.

If there's a bright sun, sunglasses are acceptable, though if you can not wear them, that's preferred.
