Do December and Christmas feel like they're a while away? Any Christmas 2022 plans and anything happening in 2023 next year?

I have to wait until December for something in my personal life

December is my FAVORITE month of the year. My birthday is there, annual family Christmas party, cousins and aunts birthday parties, Christmas at my house, New years eve family tradition...it always seems like such a long way off. Since there is so much to do during the month, I typically start planning in July...menus, gifts, travel, etc. so that when the month actually comes around, I am super relaxed and am not stressed because I planned and shopped way ahead of time. Don't know about 2023, but I hope it's a good year.

Not really but then I'll start shopping for them inside the next month or so
My plans will include cigars, drinking and hopefully one last trip rinkside as for 2023 I haven't given it much thought yet we'll aside from turning 26 and opening the age of excellence Glenfiddich

I don’t celebrate Thanksgivings
I don’t celebrate Mother’s Day
I don’t celebrate Father’s Day
I don’t celebrate Veterans Day
I don’t celebrate Easter
If it’s a holiday or something then I don’t celebrate it.

Well yesterday was summer solstice and next one is winter winter solstice 21 December, so yes a few months left.

It’s a case of enjoying the summer and autumn before that cold comes in and the night close in again.

I know that we will be up to our buttholes i snow before we know it. Just when I get used to having nice weather, it gets cold again. I have no plans beyond surviving.
