What is the most expensive thing you bought that is NOT a house, car, or electronics?

I spent $100 on gifts for some family and friends.
Thanks for the MHO!
An Hermes bag.
I just bought a trailer. It cost $3000.

Ooooo what do you use it for? :0
@woman_2004 I do not have trash pickup in my town so I need it to take stuff to the dump. Also if I buy plywood or some other big items. The first day I had it I went and bought 5 fence sections. I also can get a load of mulch or screened loam.
@exitseven
Wow that bad boy handy! You make me wanna get one too.
@woman_2004 I used to just buy the crappy trailer kits that would last 3 or 4 years and then fall apart. This on is aluminum and hopefully will be the last one I will have to buy.
@AmandaYVR It is not really that remote. People still have farm animals but there is a shopping mall and traffic jams. We just do not have trash pickup. Going to the dump is like the big social event of the week. Al your friends are at the dump.
@AmandaYVR glad to help! 😂😂😂
@AmandaYVR I see my friend's older brother. My friend had died ten years ago and we talk about the old neighborhood. I see other folks I know in town. It is a small town that is fairly affluent. It has it's share of jerks.
@AmandaYVR Yes. you never know who you will run into.

Not sure if this falls under house but I bought a dinning room table that was almost 2000. Only expensive things I ever buy is furniture lol
Trying to think of an actual item, a plane ticket or ticket to a sporting event probably isn’t what you’re looking for, haha. Collectively, my basic hockey gear cost about $1,800, and the skates on their own were about $600. My lady actually paid for the wicked nice mattress we have, so I can’t claim that😝 Only other thing was when I used to hustle back when weed was still illegal, I spent something like $22,500 for some weight, but that was more of a business investment using returns over time from my initial start-up money than a personal purchase, haha.
Springfield M1A for $1,550.

They weren't bought all at once, but tools are my biggest asset after the house. The tools are even worth more than my car.
My CD collection, and maybe books and games are also worth a fair amount. But again they were not bought as a single purchase.
Household appliances are also up there, but they are not worth as much the other things collectively.
Weight loss surgery, which costs about $4,000 US.
I also just got dental work last month, complete with a new crown, and that cost about $2,500 total.
The most item I ever bought was my $1,500 e-bike.
Lately, my golf set. But only around 500$ . But can I ask you why did you spend 500$ on a pair of shoes? Do they make you run faster or something? Lol my female friends bought 500$ also with a giant bow my ew. I have no clue why they are even worth that much. And shoes that you'll wear how many times?
I collect coins and I paid almost $1000 for the rarest US Lincoln penny, a 1909 S VDB in Fine condition.
I bought a golf cart for $16k - that's not a car! LOL
i dont own more than i can carry. every dollar that doesn't go to bills or entertainment goes to investments. so i guess shares of Exxon Mobile, NRG Energy, & Bitcoin are the most expensive things I've bought.
A sailboat. That was a while back.
Meanwhile - except for some of your ''banned'' options - I figured out ways to avoid high purchase costs. My most ''expensive'' purchases are found in my kitchen.
Alex Wang jewellery and other more expensive pieces for various people.
Mostly Wang stuff as it costs around 400 bucks, but looks good.
My quarter panda ring, that was a shade under £500
I've spent more in business regards but personally that's the top
N. b. that's actually more than my most expensive electronic purchase
Other than my array of college degrees, which are expensive, but otherwise useless ornaments, it would be my art collection. I tend to buy art from living artists who are older than I am.
I have spent many 1000s on travel and music collectables.
Recent?
My $96 dollars fishing magnet that was stolen from me
Did you Get a Refund on the stolen item?
If you got a warranty You’d be able to get a replacement and maybe your refund.
Srry to hear 😭💕
@woman_2004 absolutely the worst loss yet
I’m confused did that make you sad when you read that his thing got stolen?
@EarthRealm yea I hate when pple stuff get stolen like that ;,(
Probably my dress uniform or additional gear for military duty.
Flying lessons. All in, I estimate it at USD10,000 (over 2 years). I gave up after 76 hours without getting my people.
@Paul09 Multiple reasons:
1.) I can't sit strapped to a seat for more than 1 hour straight. An examination flight would have been 3 hours long. It gets very painful.
2.) It was becoming too expensive,
3.) the Civil Aviation Authority closed my flight school: They had a fatal crash and it emerged that the school issued a license, to that pilot, after taking a bribe
4.) will of God: He tried to get me to quit in several attempts. He convinced me through a night-dream where I crashed (and survived) at a different airport.
Spent the most on school and vacations. Actually but an item I’d say an engagement ring. Next probably my couch. Lol.
£2,100 office chair, being the RH Logic 400 Elite (with the more expensive optional extras).
Got a couple rifle setups that were around 2 grand each
My 3d printers. Not cheap. I have two, one was about 200 dollars, one was just under 900.
It was when I was in a relationship but I spent over $3,500 during the 3 month relationship on nothing but movie tickets, going out to restaurants, and jewelry
