Freezing a liquid drug?

What happens if we freeze a liquid drug like ecstasy? Does it lose its effectiveness?

I think you'd have to check each drug with the manufacturer. I doubt if there is an answer that fits all drugs. If the drug is illegal, you need to somehow find a true expert, who are probably very few and far between.

If you want to write an authoritative book on it, you need a heck of a lot better source than GaG.

I don’t it would, it’s not a living bacteria in it, it’s a chemical compound, just like the vaccine for Covid was frozen before transport so I doubt it loses anything
