Like when you're in danger and you get an adrenaline rush, there's the "fight or flight," but there's also freeze. Why would that be an option? What good does freezing do in almost any immediately dangerous situation?
I have that reaction, and I want to un-learn it. I thought maybe I would naturally since something bad already happened once, and freezing didn't help really. That didn't work though because today something bad almost happened again, and I still just froze. I didn't even try to fight—at least I tried somewhat the first time...
It didn't matter this time because someone else was there and got me out of the situation, but if they hadn't been there then it could have gone very badly. Freezing is a stupid reaction, it doesn't help anything, and it shouldn't be an option. Why is it an option?

Everything that exists coz of a reason you might not like it that changes nothing you might not like the fact a stupid jellyfish is immortal and can pratically live forever by changing its metabolism you can't
Anyways not all humans have the same settings in them some react quick some react late, thr freeze is the time that your brain takes to process before acting out thoughts, you are not alone many have that same reaction.
Rabbits freeze to the degree you can catch them in your hands. Small animals do and play dead.. I'd say this evolved as a last ditch response so as not to be noticed and eaten
i swear time be movin in slow motion when that happens
