Does anybody uncontrollably shake when cold?

So when I’m cold I don’t shiver I shake. I try to send text messages and I can’t because I drop my phone twenty times because of how much I’m shaking. My friends have gotten mad at me because when it’s cold and we are eating I tend to shake the person next to me and my plate. I don’t hate it but I just want to know if there are any other cold shakers out there.

I do this a lot. Usually it's when the temperature is kind of a "middle" it doesn't happen when I'm warm but also it doesn't happen when I'm excessively cold either (I'm from Canada, cold happens) basically when the temperature is right around the freezing mark and there is moisture in the air... then I'm fucked.

Shaking is your bodies way of keeping blood circulating and your body warm. Dress much warmer with more layers, it's not good for you.
