To me it's a sign of poor emotional control. So I remove myself from the situation and come back to it when I have calmed down. But it can create a situation where people refuse to let me disengage. So it can lead to me shouting at people.

It definitely does not happen when face to face, as I handle it at that time, but I may have shouted at some of my friends while on phone.

They understood it right away and told me they would call me later.

No I don't yell at people because I'm angry I know the feeling of someone just taking their frustration out on you and I wouldn't want someone to feel like that.

Yeah sometimes when I'm really angry. I know this is wrong but in the heat of the moment, it happens.

I can't really remember when I got ''loud'' last time. Whenever I get frustrated, I just voice it out. Whenever I get VERY frustrated, I'll just burn one other bridge behind me.

I don't get it. How do you shout ON people? There's a chance I'll shout AT them but, if I'm not mad at THEM, I'm NOT gonna shout at them.

I hate being a 'shouter', but it's in my genes. My whole family were 'shouters'. I try not to, but sometimes I can't control it.

Yes I agree. Every time I get frustrated I start speaking very loudly. Almost shouting. I already have a loud voice. I'm told constantly to speak quiet.
