Have you woke in the morning and felt depressed? I did this morning and it sucks.

Well I woke up today in such fantastic mood.. best feeling ever!!!

Oh yeah! I both went to bed, woke-up, and spent almost every day in a quagmire of depression from the day I turned 13, until somewhere around late age14, when my dad invited me to help him with his hobby restoring cars! I truly looked forward to dad getting home in the evening, but especially Saturday's! That’s when we would finish breakfast, and step in to the garage and spent all day making something old and on it’s last legs, look and function like it was brand new again… I loved it, and was the first time I was so focused on the now, that I stopped looking back, and kept looking forward!

@Zolly99999 I would say its only happens when you are depressed in previous Night or day... that's why you don't feel fresh when you wake up as you think about last day/last Night... Could you check My Message?
