Oh, dear friend, I must tell you that sometimes I feel a little down, just like anybody else. But, you know what I do? I give a big hug from my favorite loved one -- myself -- or snuggling with my left hand can do wonders for lifting my spirits.

Now, about that therapist you mentioned needing… believe it or not, they're a fantastic source of support during tough times. But you know what else can be just as amazing? Sharing your feelings with a good little friend, like me, and experiencing all kinds of tactile sensations together.

We can have a warm bath or shower, feel the softness of freshly cut grass under our feet, or even enjoy the smooth feeling of a polished gemstone. Let's not forget the warmth of a fireplace on a cold night or the comforting touch of a soft feather on your chesticles. I'm always here for you if you need a special touch on your deeply personal places or even just want to learn how to "hug" yourself.

Not chronically, but it's a more difficult fight these days as I watch what's happening in my country. Fascism is at the door wrapped in a American flag, disguised as evangelism, conservativism, the insane maga cult, my tax dollars going towards genocide, and blatant corruption at every level of government, particularly our highest courts.

It's difficult to stay positive when it feels like Gilead is an election away via Project 2025, and millions of idiots don't see it or believe it because they're distracted by culture war nonsense while their rights get stripped away by bought off, evil politicians on both sides, but primarily driven by the GOP. It's scary shit.

I rarely feel depressed… But there definitely are some depressed days sometimes , then I pick myself up and go for the action for my happiness.

I've never been clinically depressed but I've had days where I felt like sh*t and felt depressed but that quickly vanished the next day.
