Only a bully would do that. Bullies prey on other people so they can unleash their internal anger or boost their ego by putting hurting others—giving them a false sense of superiority. They look for easy targets. You don’t have to offend them or deserve it. You just need to be someone that they think would be an easy target. Bullying is such low behavior. No respectable person would bully.
