Do you sometimes have a hard time wording/explaining and understanding things?

I have autism and I sometimes have a hard time with this.

Everybody does. One of the most difficult things people face is proper articulation of their thoughts to others.

It requires practice and forming your ideas more completely to be able to communicate effectively with others.

It's equally important (remembering that everyone has thus problem) to be able to understand the things others are saying around you.

A good exercise in solving the second problem, is reciting what you think someone else is saying back to them until they agree with your rendition of what is being said.

Working out truly understanding what others are saying will help you find ways to better articulate your own feelings/thoughts.
