What do you think might be the overarching reason why some people are hard to understand when they speak, like they explain things in a confusing way?

Since I know sometimes people get upset when you dont get what they are saying

They are really Smart, so it goes over others head

Weird Communicators maybe

Lack of confidence in what they are saying

Having a propensity to ramble too much and get off topic

Maybe it goes over others heads due to opposite reason of option 1

It's probably a people that they are talking to issue

Assuming it's not an articulation error or another organic speech deficit, I would say it is probably due to disorganized thinking and/or perhaps an expressive language disorder. Damage to one or both speech centers in the brain may also cause this difficulty.
