Is this an outside cat? what do l feed it?

its always outside by my car & then walks/runs when i come. if so i never knew outside cats look like this one lol It’s so cute and has bright blue eyes.

that's either a cat with access to outdoors... or it is a street cat and they tend to have "sponsors" will visit a few houses looking for food because yes, they are that charming and cute... lol

if you can afford it, it would be best to get them packets of wet food, because those packets of wet food will provide the essential nutrients as well as water intake, which is the one thing many cats might lack

and at first, you should try to place the food at a place they will be comfortable with, reach it on their own

Since it doesn't seem to wear a collar, I would try to have it checked if it has a chip implanted. Some cats like to wander around long distances. A few even get lost.

Cats will run if they are feral or if they don't know you as they may be a bit timid.

lots of people that own their cats let them out because they hunt at night. You should search CAT before you feed one :-)

It could be a Feral cat so be careful feeding it, they claim some places say if you feed a Feral cat then you own the cat?

The cat looks healthy and it’s coat is nice. I would say that it is someone’s cat that is allowed outside to run free.

If it runs away from you, its not yours.
If its not yours, then don't feed it.

You could borrow a "trap" from the humane society, trap this kitty, than give him/her a home.

Yeah it would and felines are 100% carnivorous while canines are omnivorous. It could become dependent on your treats. You don’t feed wild animals
