When does the male fertility start to decline?

Many sperm banks require donors to be between the ages of 18 and 35, so I guess fertility starts declining after that, not sure

Around 25-30 and it starts slowly getting worse from there

You can’t compare male and female fertility in this regard. Men are most fertile 2-3 years after puberty and keep that high level until 30 - 35. From there it simply gradually goes down. Parameters like count, shapes and mobility go down little by little year after year. The main issue is that after 50 a small increase occurs with DNA fragmentation/damage that could render fertilization harder and are suspected to increase the risk to some hereditary issues.

Around 35-40, it starts to decline assuming the guy is healthy but, after 45, that can cause issues for the pregnancy (if one happens). some guys still father kids into their 60s and 70s though.

if no health issues its goes easily upto 70-80, no proper age for men to define a right age.
