As much as I love the idea of living until the age of 100 I wouldn't do this. I'm going to die someday but while I'm alive I want to make the best out of my time on this planet. That includes eating food that I like.
I need my pasta and pizza, no way!

Yeah basically I have but it’s ok in moderation but I can’t have those foods too often because it’s just so fattening and bad for you if you want to live a decent long life
Only if it’s poison, otherwise it won’t hurt you at all, same as drinking alcohol, I might have a beer every 2 months or bacon every few weeks, it’s when you keep doing these things quite often it will hurt you
I haven’t eaten it that many years and the body gets rid of it after awhile of eating other things, I won’t eat pepperoni though
Luckily for me all my levels are good since I have had blood work done quite often for other reasons and I’m also not overweight, blood pressure is good and EKG was good so I guess I’m doing something right, I’m quite active too
Well if you look at it from that point , then it really doesn’t matter what we eat or do to stay healthy so you’re contradicting yourself now. I’m just trying to do the right things lately

for most of the general population, eating bacon every will likely mean health issues once you hit older age such as mid 50s or 60s. Its uncommon for someone to eat unhealthy every 3 weeks yet still remain disease free in their mid 50s-60s. Vast majority of people in their 60s usually have some sort of health problem such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, cardiovascular disease.
My parents are 64 years old and ate very healthily throughout their entier lives. They cook with no oil, never eat out, never eat fatty greasy meats, never ever ate sugar, never ate fast food. No cheat days. My father has completely no heart issues. No high cholesterol. No diabetes.
On the other hand, my mother has a genetic history of diabetes and high cholesterol. Despite her healthy diet , she was diagnosed with diabetes and high cholesterol by 45.
Well that just goes to show you it doesn’t matter what you do because of genetics we don’t have much say in it on what our bodies do but things do skip the next generation, I’m not showing any signs of those things, all I can do is keep getting check ups
Well I can only hope for the best that life offers since I can’t control certain things
There are too many things that can kill a person. Why make the sacrifice.
I'm dying in my 50's without even considering my diet so no
Who told you that if you leave them than u will live longer? Are fucking nuts?
Nah I’m kinda hoping I die soon
